A guide for thriving in a fast world 3 things worth remembering

A guide for flourishing in a quick world 3 things worth recollecting A guide for flourishing in a quick world 3 things worth recollecting When On the Origin of Species was first distributed, it sent shockwaves through the world.Charles Darwin had taken a shot at the hypothesis of development through characteristic choice for over 20 years before he introduced his discoveries to the general population. He realized it'd be controversial. It wasn't the first occasion when somebody had recommended a characteristic clarification for the assorted variety of life, yet all things considered, given the harm that the hypothesis would do to existing ideal models of thought, Darwin realized that if he somehow happened to chance open shock, he would need to be close certain. In the decade after distribution, the discussion went to and fro on the proof in the book, however inevitably, the majority of mainstream researchers came around and acknowledged his theory.Darwin's risky thought was that life develops and enhances, through the span of a large number of years, in light of the requests of some random condition. People are no diffe rent. This thought is presently acknowledged as the center column that interfaces the existence sciences. We know how we arrived. A certain something, be that as it may, that we will in general overlook is the means by which far we likely need to go.The power of development isn't finished with us. It's despite everything forming what our identity is and what we're turning out to be. Truth be told, with progresses in innovation, it's doing as such at a rate quicker than ever.Artificial Intelligence, Augmented/Virtual Reality, and Blockchain advances will make and demolish ideal models simply like Darwin's hypothesis did. The best way to stay aware of this change is to be set up for it, and the most ideal approach to do that is to watch and adjust by: Keeping your own character little Changing in accordance with the proof of the world Discovering minimal effort, high effect roads To flourish in an evolving world, you need to initially acknowledge that it's evolving. At that point you adapt.Keep your own character smallIf you tune in to two brilliant however various individuals banter an assortment of themes from rival sides, a significant part of the time regardless of whether they never agree, pressure will be low and they'll be tolerant. That's, obviously, except if they are looking at something like governmental issues, religion, or even race.If two individuals with various conviction frameworks go into huge numbers of these sorts of discussions, once in a while do you see tensionless and open minded trades. Truth be told, feelings regularly begin to flare rapidly, and the discussion winds up transforming into something totally superfluous and useless.Paul Graham, the originator of the startup hatchery Y Combinator, composed a short, yet sweet, exposition on this a couple of years back in which he contends that the purpose behind this is these are themes th at individuals partner with their character. Subsequently, they can't be unbiased. When something is profoundly implanted in your personality, it's difficult for you to see the opposite side since you've just picked a side, and afterward you've cemented it by intensely wagering on it.Does this imply it's inappropriate to lean toward an ideological group or that you shouldn't grasp any conviction framework? Not really, however it implies that it merits keeping your personality small. In a world that is going to see various lifetimes of progress in the following decade or two, not relinquishing a character that is not, at this point advantageous will turn out to be progressively costly.Your personality is just as important as its capacity to assist you with making a feeling of request in your brain about what is happening on the planet, and how you fit into that condition. In the event that this stops to line up with the progressions going on in the outside the real world, at that point you're presented to a genuinely steep fall.Believe what you need to accept, however realize that the world won't curve to your preferences.Adjust to the proof of the worldPredicting what's to come is commonly not any more exact than fortune telling, yet something that pretty much every financial analyst concurs on is that a great deal of employments will be lost sooner than we'd like.Whether or not these occupations will be substituted or not is disputable. In any case, old methods of doing things will get obsolete, and probably some new open doors will arise. The last time we saw this degree of disturbance in the work power was around 200 years prior in the times of the Industrial Revolution. New strategies for creation implied that numerous individuals who did difficult work, similar to material specialists, for instance, not, at this point had an occupation. In the essence of the proof that the world was giving them about its new requests (like the need to run apparatus, instead o f doing physical work), huge numbers of the laborers adapted. There was, in any case, a gathering that didn't. They went around and decimated the machines as a type of dissent. They opposed change and in the end must be halted by military force. In the history books, they're called Luddites. While it's reasonable, and even tragic, that their lifestyle was hindered in such a forceful manner, their inability to adjust to what the world required never really change the course of history, yet it led to individual misery. It's actual that innovation doesn't choose its own effect on humankind, and that we need to play a job in forming its impact on society. All things considered, it reacts to the impetuses of the world, and these motivating forces are more grounded than any obstruction or dissent that we can put up.If you don't care for where the world is going, work to upgrade the motivators of the economy. On the off chance that you can't, the most intelligent thing is to glance in the are a it's moving in and modify accordingly. This implies learning new aptitudes, keeping yourself educated, and being versatile to change.Find minimal effort, high effect avenuesOne of the reasons that it's difficult to foresee outlook changes later on is on the grounds that, by definition, if something has never been done, it's inconsistent with the current reality. As an outcome, a large number of the thoughts that become progressive appear quite awful ideas at that point. They just become clear looking back. They change our perspectives as they advance after some time, not previously. What's to come is once in a while molded intentionally. It's worked with experimentation. This applies too to expressions of the human experience as it does technical studies. Similarly as Darwin's hypothesis of advancement took in any event a time of time to increase broad acknowledgment, so did Van Gogh's paintings. The question at that point turns out to be, the way on Earth do we tackle openings we can 't predict?Well, the initial segment is being sufficiently educated to comprehend the general heading that we're moving in. That implies setting aside some effort to examine what Artificial Intelligence really is. You should realize why individuals are so out of nowhere talking about the capability of Blockchain technologies. After the underlying presentation, except if you're taking it on yourself to utilize such advances to shape the future, you should attempt to recognize minimal effort, however conceivably high effect avenues. Most such open doors have a low likelihood of working out in support of yourself, yet in case you're educated and you plant enough seeds in places where the expense of disappointment is low, at that point there is additionally a superior than irregular possibility that you're presenting yourself to a tremendously remunerating future. For a few people, this could mean learning a couple of additional abilities in their extra time, while for other people, it's a motivating force to attempt to assemble something that could be helpful in an alternate future.Either way, it's tied in with testing enough to open yourself to unfamiliar possibilities. All you have to knowAt no reason for history have we seen change and improvement at the current rate. We're on the cusp of an exponential development bend prompting a future that we may not even recognize. It took over 10 years for Darwin's hypothesis of advancement to catch the creative mind of the world, however when it did, it did so seismically. The progressions happening today are of comparable scale. To flourish in a quick world, there are three things worth recalling: Keep your own personality little. At the point when you take any conviction framework and connect it excessively near what your identity is, you leave yourself helpless against the dangers presented by your inclinations whenever the world battles against your conviction. Your personality should be adaptable enough to develop with the real world. That requires a feeling of separation from most thoughts. Change in accordance with the proof of the world. Advancements and social orders change dependent on the motivating force structures that the world spreads out. On the off chance that you don't care for the heading we're moving in, change the motivators. Something else, get acquainted with where we are proceeding to set yourself up to arrive. Battling to hold business as usual damages no one however you. Discover minimal effort, however high effect roads. It's not possible for anyone to completely anticipate what's to come. The general heading that it moves in is recognizable in case you're educated, yet the points of interest are just clear thinking back. Most thoughts are awful until they are progressive. Investigation and plant seeds in places with low expenses of disappointment and high potential. Individuals incline toward solace to change, and subsequently, anything that disturbs their routine gets marked as awful. However, as a general rule, change is just as positive or negative as the reaction to it.You will most likely be unable to control where the future guides you, yet you can safeguard against it.Want to think and live more intelligent? Ive been contemplating this significantly subsequent to seeing an extremely extraordinary show a week ago. The craftsman being referred to is a youthful Scottish artist lyricist who is at present visiting the US. His name is Paolo Nutini and his music is difficult to portray on the grounds that his most recent collection is a varied blend of reggae, twang, acoustic folky stuff, a tad of rock And as an entertainer, hes much harder to summarize. Hes not elegantly dressed. Hes a horrible artist. He burns through a large portion of the show slouched over in an odd stance, and he seldom looks at the crowd in certainty he burned through the greater part of his New York show with his eyes shut. So peculiar is his exhibition style that one lady erroneously thought he had been drinking. I caught her disclosing to her companion I would have appreciated it significantly better on the off chance that he hadnt been so flushed. But the show was attractive! It was the best time Ive had at a show in a long, long time. Why? I think this is on the grounds that the music and the exhibition was simply completely 100% bona fide. Paolo was totally in line with his melodies and he and his band oozed satisfaction. That euphoria was amplified by a crowd of people that felt the legitimacy and brought it back. Increasingly more I am taking a shot at catching this soul when working with my customers. At the point when I previously began continue composing, I did it like every other person. I composed resumes the manner in which I saw every other person do it. My resumes were acceptable, however could have originated from 10 other resume composing administrations. Be that as it may, presently that is not the situation. Since as opposed to attempting to press my customers chronicles into a layout, I am concentrating on their distinction. On what makes them truly not quite the same as every other person. What's more, having recognized their one of a kind individual worth, Im organizing the resume to completely impart it. It makes my activity considerably more fun than it used to be, and brings about resumes that cant help yet stand apart from the rest. In the event that youre right now searching for work, investigate your resume and introductory letters and check whether they catch whats remarkably you. Furthermore, to kick Monday morning off the correct way, heres a fix of Paolo Nutini.

Improve Employee Well-Being By Delivering a Better Parental Leave Experience

Improve Employee Well-Being By Delivering a Better Parental Leave Experience pexels Parental leave impacts several aspects of employee well-being, including mental health. A 2015 study published in The Journal of Mental Health Policy and Economics found that women who took longer than 12 weeks maternity leave reported fewer depressive symptoms, a reduction in severe depression, and improved overall mental health. In other words, offering parental leave is vital to employee well-being. The more you invest in employee well-being, the more satisfied and productive your team is. Unfortunately, a stigma exists, making it hard for working parents to step away from work to focus on the health of their family. However, your employees deserve the ultimate parental leave experience. You need to follow through on a positive experience before, during, and after leave. Make sure parents feel they belong, are important, and are welcome at all times. If theyre offered shiny perks before leaving but those are taken away, they may feel punished. How you manage parental leave can make or break the relationship you have with your talent. Here’s how to deliver the best employee experience for parental leave: Before Working parents should never feel nervous about informing their employer they’re expecting. Unfortunately, this is quite common. In fact, a Bright Horizons Family Solutions 2017 survey revealed that more than 25 percent of working fathers felt at risk of being fired when they told their employer they were going to become a parent. Combat this issue by teaching your employees about their legal rights and the benefits you offer to parents. Also, appoint a parental leave coordinator to keep expecting parents in the loop with their benefits. Appoint a coordinator to help parents manage their leave. #HR #tips. Click To Tweet By educating them and assigning a parental leave coordinator, you’re sending your parent-employees a clear message you’re ready to support them through this major life change. Leading up to their leave, set clear boundaries and make expectations you have for while they’re gone known. This should include telling parents they’re prohibited from working while they’re on leave. Instead, they need to focus on enjoying their family time. During When they take their leave, make sure you adhere to those rules you created beforehand. It’s very unprofessional to reach out with work requirements after setting expectations with them. Plus, this hurts employee well-being. They need parental leave time to rest and get accustomed to caring for their newborn. Maintain employee #wellness by letting parents enjoy their leave. Click To Tweet For the most part, parents should not be contacted during their time out. If you’re bothering them during leave, you will hurt their sense of loyalty to you and the company. Plus, it makes them feel guilty for taking time off, which yields a toxic relationship between leadership and employees. But don’t let them forget you care. Add a human touch and send congratulations. If your employee shares their pregnancy or birth announcement with your team, send a gift with a card from everyone. After Your parental leave coordinator should have explained the return process to them before their leave. When their return date is approaching, send a clear schedule to help them ease back to work. There are several ways to manage their return while keeping employee well-being high. Flexible work arrangements are beneficial. For example, the new parent can return to their role on a part-time basis, then slowly work their way back to full time. Companies like Amazon and Vodafone use this strategy. At Amazon, employees go through the ‘ramp back’ program, which includes eight weeks at a reduced schedule. Vodafone uses a six-month timeframe, allowing moms to work 30-hour weeks for their full-time salary. Being able to have that flexibility when transitioning back from leave will make that transition easier and less stressful for new parents. Flexible work arrangements allow parents to ease back into their jobs. This is a great #benefit. Click To Tweet Also, offer parent-friendly benefits to ease the burden of parenthood. For example, provide child care referrals and lactation consultants. This way, they feel supported while they take on dual roles of both parent and employee. If They Decide to Leave Some parents may decide to focus on raising their children instead of returning to work. While this isn’t an ideal situation, you need to consider a few steps when they go. First of all, survey them to get an idea of why they’re leaving. This is a good way to measure their levels of morale and engagement. Then, focus on maintaining a connection with them. While returning to work might not be best for them now, they may want to return years later. With a positive rapport, you’re making it easy for them to come back. Best case, when they’re ready, they will return and continue adding value to your company. At the very least, they will praise you as an understanding employer. How do you deliver an excellent parental leave experience and boost employee well-being? Share in the comments!

Selling your skills proactively, instead of just reacting to each question as it comes. Handling tough questions about being fired, gaps in employment, lack of a certain skill or degree, and so on. Overcoming nervousness and finding confidence. Getting comfortable with tooting your own horn. Improving your performance when youve had many interviews that didnt lead to offers. Whats the difference between a mock interviewer and a coach? Mock interviews with industry colleagues are very useful. Your peers can assess your answers to the technical questions in your field. On the other hand, professional interview coaching has other benefits that complement your work with peers. Did you obtain mock interviews or resume reviews from several people and receive conflicting feedback? Each individual gave you their own opinion. The feedback you get from a professional interview coach comes from a broader perspective, being based on all the coach has learned from a variety of sourcesprofessional association membership, formal training, studying hiring manager surveys and experience. And coaching itself is a skill. A good interview coach is not only an expert in hiring practices, they also have expertise in helping people learn. Dont Fool Yourself - Copeland Coaching

Dont Fool Yourself I can’t say this enough times. The job market is excellent! It’s the strongest job market we’ve seen in fifty years. Fifty years! Lately, there have been more open jobs than people looking for a job. The national unemployment rate has dropped below 3.8 percent. That’s pretty incredible. With this said, I keep running into a phenomenon that’s boggling my mind. I just can’t get over it. I’m hearing from people every day who hate their jobs, but aren’t ready to find a new job. I’ll be honest. This very sounds counterintuitive to me. If something isn’t right, I can’t help but look for a solution. But, these unhappy employees are busy. They have other commitments now. There are other priorities they need to attend to right now. They’re not satisfied at work, but they’ll look later. They’ll search when they have a little more time. While I understand the logic behind this argument, I want to share another perspective. This is the thing. When we’re thinking of looking for a job, we think of ourselves. Our thought process is focused inward. We think, “I have the right education. I have the right experience. I’m qualified.” This makes sense. We believe we are either ready or are not ready for a particular job. Rarely do we ever think about whether a job is ready for us. What I mean is this. So much of hiring is influenced by the job market and the current state of the economy. Even if you’re at the top of your game, if the economy isn’t great, you’re just out of luck. Companies don’t have the resources to hire you. They’ll force their existing workers to work a little harder. Ask anyone who has graduated from college during a tough economic time. They remember how hard it was to find a job, despite their new education. Alternatively, if the job market is hot, companies may be more flexible on their requirements. This is especially true if there’s a shortage of people with your skills in your industry â€" right now. In other words, a company may be willing to hire you now, even if you don’t meet every requirement. The most important words to note are “right now.” There is no guarantee the job market will continue to be strong. A recession is predicted in the next year or so. And, some people are already saying that the job market is slowing down. What does this mean for you? If you’re someone who hates your job, now is the time to act. If you’re busy, it may be time to reprioritize. Or, to decide if you can live with your job for a few more years if the economy really does slow down. Job searching is a lot like the children’s game musical chairs. If you want to find a new spot, you’ve got to get it before the music stops. I hope these tips have helped you. How tp Creating Personal Websites for Job Seekers

How tp Creating Personal Websites for Job Seekers Websites aren’t just reserved for brands and creative professionals. A branded website or landing page can be a great tool for job seekers of all levels and industries. In certain industries like design, specific areas of advertising and marketing, writing, and fine arts, the personal portfolio or website has always been a key component of one’s professional marketing portfolio. But job seekers in other fields can benefit from having a basic website to complement their resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter, and using it as a platform to expand upon the content in those documents. Bonus: they’re pretty easy to create these days. A website can include things that don’t quite fit into the standard resume format â€"  such as outside projects or unrelated skill sets. But it can also be a platform for providing more context on things that matter heavily to hiring managers, and for which the resume provides limited space to highlight. These might include related freelance or volunteer work, additional training, earlier experience, or even personal interests that you want to use as a bridge into a different area of focus. Benefits of Having a Personal Job Seeker Website Like LinkedIn, a website increases your visibility, making it easier for hiring managers to find you online and get a broader picture of your experience and qualifications. It’s an extra tool to help you stand out in a competitive, digitally-driven job market. A web presence can help you articulate and market your personal brand â€"  and appeal to the culture fit.  In addition to the information on your resume, there’s a personal component that factors into your personal brand, and the value you can bring to an employer. And while you may be limited as to what personal attributes you can discuss on a resume, LinkedIn, or cover letter, a personal website gives you more flexibility to discuss yourself as a person â€"  and that can be an important part of an organization’s culture fit. A website can simplify complex ideas and show (instead of tell) your accomplishments. Resumes are famous for jargon, and even the best ones can still lack that complete picture that often is easier to describe in your individual voice through more relaxed language, visuals, and samples of your work. It provides a better platform for telling your story â€"  particularly if you’re changing careers. A cover letter is a great place to make the connection between what’s on your resume and why you’re interested in a particular company, industry, or role. But with certain constraints on space, format, and content, it’s hard to tell a full story. A personal website gives you a broader, more flexible platform to really educate your audience on who you are, what you’ve done, why it’s relevant to the new field you’re pursuing, and how you can bring value. Negative search results will be less visible by creating a public profile that organically shows up higher in the search results list when someone searches your name online. What Information Belongs on a Personal Website? The very bare bones of a solid personal website should include 4 things an introductory homepage, an “About Me” page with a thoughtfully written (and professional) bio, a page that includes your resume (preferably with a link to download a PDF copy), and a contact page with your details and links to other relevant profiles (like LinkedIn). A blog can be a good space to share content and position yourself as someone who’s knowledgeable and actively involved in the industry. This can add extra value to someone who is changing careers, lacks experience in a particular industry, but wants to showcase their knowledge and interest in the field. Side projects, freelance work, and personal work could also be included if they add value in some way i.e. demonstrating a certain software proficiency, a knack for design, or strategic thinking. Fine art and writing can fall into this category as well if you want to show more of your personality but only if the content is appropriate for hiring managers to review. How to Create a Professional Looking Website The good news is that there are so many services and tools available now â€"  like Squarespace or Wix â€"  that make the process of creating online profiles and basic websites extremely user-friendly. About.me  is another great option for a basic static landing page where you can build out a detailed bio and include links to relevant social media sites and profiles. A well-executed website is thoughtful in its approach to marketing, content, and design, and can round out your personal brand portfolio with a professional and polished edge. And, much like your resume and other materials, it should also tell a unique story around your personal and professional accomplishments. What Next? Do you need help crafting an impactful digital brand presence?  Check out our portfolio of professional design services  to help you create fresh, creative, and professional websites, infographics, logos, and business cards to complement your resume and other job search marketing materials.

When Your Boss Gets Mad About Two Weeks Notice - The Muse

At the point when Your Boss Gets Mad About Two Weeks Notice - The Muse At the point when Your Boss Gets Mad About Two Weeks Notice All through your profession, you'll have the chance to settle on decisions, of all shapes and sizes, simple and hard. At certain focuses you'll need to choose if you ought to observe the principles. While I'd commonly decide in favor of saying you will love it on the off chance that you do, I'll additionally state that regardless of whether you do take care of your obligations and check all the containers, you could even now wind up on a spot you would prefer not to be. Take my story for instance: Many years prior, I dealt with a little, family-possessed café in Brooklyn. It was soon after I came back from a time of exploring around South America, in urgent need of an occupation any activity to light up my waning ledger. In the rear of my psyche, I realized that some time or another I would have liked to come back to the distributing/composing/altering industry, however by then, I truly wasn't pondering my profession way, and the café gig served me well. I had an incredible connection with my chief, one of the proprietors, and I lived 10 minutes away. I delighted in free food and beverages, a consistent check in addition to benefits, and implicit companions (any individual who's at any point invested any energy working in the friendliness business knows precisely what I'm discussing). In any case, after very nearly two years, I got eager and chose to search out a greater chance. Thus I began meeting for the executives employments over the extension, in Manhattan. It wasn't some time before I acknowledged an offer and arranged to tell my supervisor that I was proceeding onward. In spite of the fact that I'd anticipated that him should be frustrated, I expected he'd likewise be strong and empowering on the grounds that, you know, I was marking off each one of those cases letting him know face to face, catching up with a composed letter of abdication, offering to help any place required before my takeoff. However, I immediately understood that carrying on honestly wasn't sufficient to spare me from his threatening vibe after hearing the news. I thought I'd feel mitigated in the wake of letting him know. Be that as it may, rather, I felt confounded. Both he (and his better half) defriended me on Facebook right away. That was trailed by two entire long stretches of his looking past me, either giving me single word reactions or yapping orders at me, and, at last, because of what I accepted was a liberal and kind splitting email, a tirade disclosing to me that my stopping was incredibly, individual and furthermore childish and no, he wasn't blowing up. I didn't shout, I quit! and run out the entryway, so for what reason did he respond this way? It was an insult since I'd done everything right, similarly I envision it'd feel to be this near finding a new line of work and having it go to an inside colleague. Or on the other hand working your tail off for a considerable length of time just to have the advancement you'd been pining for go to an associate who didn't work half as hard. Being an expert for my situation, giving the standard fourteen days' notification and promising to help train my substitution neglected to secure me. It was a harsh fourteen days of processing the way that things weren't going as I'd trusted or even envisioned. What's more, albeit a piece of me needed to not respect my residual time as a take-that-you-large jolt move, I realized I was unable to allow the staff to down. What's more, really, I think I trusted that he'd come around, perceive the mix-up he was making in cutting off this tie, and fix things up with me before it was past the point of no return. We traded a few messages before my flight wherein I attempted to get him to relax his position and treat me with a small portion of regard or if nothing else converse with me about it more, however he wouldn't move. This fair demonstrates you can design things out consummately, you can even play out a lot of various situations dependent on fluctuating responses from the other party, however there will consistently be factors out of your control. Basically, you can't organize how another person your director, the CEO, the enrollment specialist will react. I won't imagine that it doesn't draw when things go off course such that's upsetting or frustrating to you, yet just monitoring this reality may make it simpler to acknowledge the uncalled for things that fall on your way. You can squander vitality being outraged and harmed, or you can do as I did and gain from the exercises. On the off chance that you do that, you can accept them with you as you move on the up and up. 3 Things Your Desk May Be Saying About You

3 Things Your Desk May Be Saying About You For better or for worse, your desk says a lot about you. If you spend a majority of your workday at your desk, then it makes perfect sense to personalize and organize the space in a way that complements your character. Just as the clothes you wear or your body language  leave an impression on co-workers  or bosses, so too does your workspace give people insight into what you are really like. According to research by psychologists, the state of your desk can tell if you are a hard-worker, a slacker, or someone in between. As women in the workforce, we want to project an image that says we are dedicated and ambitious at all times, and having a desk that is organized to reflect this image is essential to  personal and professional success. In order to optimize your time management while at work,  Advance Systems Inc  suggests developing strategies that reflect a positive work ethic both in terms of your work spaces set up and your business objectives. If you’re curious, here are 3 things your desk may be saying about you: I’m a Neat Freak There isn’t anything wrong with being organized and tidyâ€"necessarily. But some desks give off a vibe of an obsession with neatness, and this may deter co-workers or clients from getting to know the person (or neat freak) who has an overly clean desk. The danger in being too neat is that it is often associated with being inflexible and unable to adapt in the workplace, so try to find the happy medium. I’m Here, But I Wish I Was There When decorating your desk, you will probably hang up a few photos of places you’ve traveled or hobbies you enjoy. This is normal, and a couple of appropriate vacation photos are always welcome, but you don’t want to overdo it. If your desk is overtaken with travel photos and you’ve set up a calendar counting down the days until your time off, this will make it look like you don’t like working and would rather be elsewhere. In order to show your commitment, it’s better not to post loads of photos that suggest otherwise. I Don’t Plan On Staying Long While it definitely isn’t a good idea to over-decorate your desk to the point of distraction, you don’t want to be too far on the opposite end of the spectrum, either. Having a barren deskâ€"with no additional office supplies or personal itemsâ€"will make your desk feel and look cold and sterile. It might also suggest to your boss that you aren’t planning to stick around long or that you don’t want to be open with your co-workers, which doesn’t reflect positively on your work ethic. Be careful to analyze what your desk might be saying about you in order to know how to better rearrange or organize it so that it speaks to your business goals and personality.
